It's easy! To enter the drawing simply complete the brief Official Entry Survey Form and send it back to us through the Internet by 11:59 pm P.S.T. on August 31, 2007. Submitting your completed survey will automatically enter you in the contest. We ask that contestants submit only one entry per person in every six month period; duplicate entries will void all entries. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for incomplete or misdirected entries.
Eligibility
Drawing is open to U.S. and Canadian residents only, age 18 or older. Advertising or promotional agencies, and judging organizations are not eligible. Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prize.
Notification
Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone. The potential winner releases The Pure Water Network, its affiliates and subsidiary companies and their respective employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to the acceptance or use of any prize.

The winner's name may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to The Pure Water Network, 2266 Jacoby Creek Rd., Bayside, CA. 95524.
